A contact form would mean collecting and storing what you type on our servers, and building a queue to work through. We have neither, and we would rather say so than put up a form that quietly drops messages. Write to the address that matches your subject and you will get a reply from a real address you can reply to.

We read messages in English and Vietnamese. Write in whichever you prefer.

If you are the publisher — or act for the publisher — of a program in this catalogue, you have a direct route. You do not need a legal complaint to get an entry fixed.

Send an email with the subject line “Publisher request” and include:

1. the address of the catalogue page you are writing about;
2. what you want changed: a correction, an update, a different download link, or removal of the entry altogether;
3. the correct information, if you are asking for a correction;
4. something that connects you to the publisher — a message sent from a mailbox on the publisher’s own domain is enough; otherwise a note on the publisher’s official site or repository that we can check.

• We acknowledge within two working days and decide within five working days.
• If you ask for your software to be removed from the catalogue entirely, we remove it. We will not argue about it, and we do not require a legal basis.
• A removed entry returns HTTP 410 Gone and is dropped from our sitemap in the same change.

Anyone can report a problem, not only publishers. The more precise you are, the faster it gets fixed. Useful things to include:

• the address of the page;
• which field is wrong — version, licence, platform, download link, description;
• what the right value is, and a public source we can check it against;
• if a download link is broken: what happened when you followed it.

We keep your message and our reply for as long as the matter is open, and afterwards for the period needed to show the request was handled. We do not add you to any mailing list. See the privacy policy for details.
