Giới thiệu ứng dụng
High Tide is a client for TIDAL, a commercial music streaming service. It is a third-party front end rather than an official application: the catalogue, accounts, and playback rights remain with the service, and the program supplies an interface to them. Use therefore presumes an existing TIDAL account.
The record lists Linux as the sole platform, so no Windows or macOS build is noted here. Development is credited collectively to The High Tide Contributors, and the licence is GPL-3.0-or-later, which allows study, modification, and redistribution of the source on the condition that derived work carries the same terms. Because the project is independent of the service operator, its behaviour depends on TIDAL's interfaces and can change when those change.
Supported playback options, audio quality tiers, and offline behaviour are not part of this record; the upstream project documents them.
