Android normally performs connectivity tests to decide whether a network has full internet access or requires a login page. This app gives the user a way to control that detection behavior from a dedicated interface instead of relying only on the default system configuration.

It does not provide a captive portal itself and does not manage router login pages; its purpose is to configure the Android-side detection mechanism. The application is limited to Android.
