ActivityWatch

ActivityWatch records how time is spent on a device and presents the record for review. On Android, it logs which application is in the foreground and for how long, building a timeline of usage that can be broken down by application and by period. The data is kept on the device rather than being collected by a central service.

The Android application is one client in a wider ActivityWatch project, whose components report to a local server that stores the collected events. This means the Android client can act on its own or feed into a shared history alongside watchers running elsewhere, depending on how the user chooses to set it up.
