Chess3s

Chess3s is a chess site built by WEBAPP.VIP and running at chess3s.com. Matchmaking pairs players by strength across Bullet, Blitz, Rapid and Classical, and every time control keeps its own Glicko rating, so a one-minute game never distorts a slow one. When nobody suitable is online, six bot levels cover everything from a first game to an opponent that punishes real mistakes; the engine runs on the device rather than on the server.

Around the board sit arena tournaments with automatic pairing and live standings, a lesson path that starts at the first move, a puzzle each day, and a review screen that replays a finished game move by move.

Cosmetic items — boards, avatar frames, victory effects and mascots — are earned by playing or bought with in-app currency, and none of them change how a piece moves. The interface ships in Vietnamese and English, and signing in uses the shared WEBAPP.VIP account. Android and iOS clients are being built with Expo and have not been released to the stores yet.
