Aalener Optik-Formelrechner is an Android calculator for formulas used in optics. Instead of a general-purpose arithmetic interface, it presents a collection of optical functions that the user selects, fills in with known quantities, and evaluates to obtain the remaining value.
The application is aimed at people who work through optical calculations repeatedly — students, opticians, and technicians — and who would otherwise re-enter the same expressions by hand.
