Giới thiệu ứng dụng
Geotagging attaches location information to photographs after the fact. Cameras that lack a GPS receiver still record the moment each frame was taken, and that timestamp is enough to work out where the photographer was, provided a separate record of movement exists. The program uses this correspondence to fill in the geographic fields of image metadata for a set of pictures rather than editing each one by hand.
The practical use is a trip or a day's shooting: import the images, supply the matching location record, and let the timestamps line the two up. Where the camera clock and the location record disagree, an offset has to be accounted for, which is the usual point of friction in this kind of work.
Jozef Mlich publishes the program under GPL-3.0. It is listed for Linux only. Anyone who needs the same operation on Windows or macOS, or directly on a phone, will have to look elsewhere.
