Accessibility Button Launcher

Accessibility Button Launcher binds a single application of the user's choosing to Android's accessibility button and to the accessibility shortcut. Android reserves these controls for assistive services; this application occupies that slot and uses it to start whichever app has been assigned, turning a system control into a one-tap launcher available from wherever the button appears.

The scope is deliberately narrow. One target application is configured at a time, and the application does no launching of its own beyond that assignment. It relies on the accessibility framework of the host system, so the availability and appearance of the button depend on the Android version and the device.

The application is published by Pedro Veloso for Android and licensed under the Apache License 2.0, which permits modification and redistribution, including in closed-source works, subject to the licence's notice requirements.
