Barcode Scanner is an Android app that works in both directions: it reads barcodes through the device camera and generates new ones from data the user enters. A decoded scan is surfaced as text that can be read or copied onward, while the generator takes a value and renders it as a code image. The exact list of supported symbologies is documented by the project rather than in this entry.

Publication is by Atharok under GPL-3.0-only, which means the source is available and any redistributed modification stays under the same license. The only build recorded here targets Android, so there is no desktop or web version to fall back on.
