About this application
Bangle.js Gadgetbridge is an Android companion application for Bangle.js smartwatches, built on the Gadgetbridge codebase. It connects the phone to the watch over Bluetooth and acts as the bridge between the two: relaying phone-side information to the watch and receiving data the watch collects.
Because it derives from Gadgetbridge, it follows the same general model of talking to the watch directly from the phone rather than routing through a vendor service. The Bangle.js focus means the build is oriented toward that hardware family and its firmware conventions, rather than serving as a general-purpose tracker client.
The application is licensed under AGPL-3.0-only and is listed for Android. As a companion app, it is only useful alongside a compatible Bangle.js device, and behaviour will depend on the firmware and the apps installed on the watch itself.
