Backlog Tracker

Backlog Tracker is an Android application for keeping a record of things that accumulate faster than they get finished. The scope it sets for itself is deliberately broad: study material, work items, games waiting to be played, habits meant to be kept up. The same list mechanics apply regardless of what the entries represent, so chapters, tickets and unwatched episodes are handled the same way.

The point of a tool like this is consolidation. Instead of one backlog living in a notes app, another in a spreadsheet and a third in memory, the outstanding items sit together where the size of the pile is visible. That makes it a personal record-keeping app rather than a planner with dates and dependencies.

Debojit Santra publishes it under the Apache-2.0 licence, so the source can be read, modified and redistributed under permissive terms. Android is the only listed platform; there is no desktop or browser counterpart to work from when away from the phone.
