About this application
Anytime Podcast Player is a podcast client for Android that covers the ordinary tasks of following a show: subscribing to a feed, listing the episodes it publishes, and playing them on the device. The project presents itself as an open-source player aimed at both mobile and tablet use.
Because it targets two form factors, the layout accounts for the extra room a tablet screen offers, where a phone shows fewer elements at a time. Details past that depend on the release installed; the version, feature set and interface change between builds, so the project's own release notes are the reference for what a given build does.
Distribution is limited to Android, so desktop and other mobile platforms fall outside its scope. The publisher is Ben Hills and the source code is released under the BSD-3-Clause licence.
