About this application

AnySoftKeyboard - Hebrew Language Pack supplies Hebrew keyboard data for AnySoftKeyboard, an on-screen keyboard for Android. It is an add-on rather than a standalone program: the host keyboard has to be installed first, after which Hebrew appears among the available input languages and can be switched on from the keyboard's own settings.

Since the pack contributes layout and language resources to the keyboard engine, the typing experience itself stays with the host application. Options such as suggestions, sizing or theming, where the keyboard provides them, are configured there and not in the pack. Hebrew is written right to left, so the direction of the resulting text depends on the field and the application receiving the input.

The pack is published for Android only, by Menny Even Danan, with source released under the Apache-2.0 licence.
