About this application

3X-UI Manager is an Android client for administering 3x-ui panels, the web control interface used to manage Xray proxy servers. Rather than opening the panel in a browser, the administrator connects to it from the phone and performs routine management tasks through a mobile interface built for smaller screens and touch input.

The application is a front end for an existing installation: it presumes the operator already runs a 3x-ui panel and holds credentials for it. It does not install the server component or replace the panel itself, and it is limited to whatever the panel's interface exposes.

It is published by Yuriy Khachaturian under the MIT license and is available for Android only, with no desktop build listed. This makes it relevant chiefly to people who maintain their own proxy servers and want to check on or adjust them away from a computer.
