À propos de cette application

KmPlot is a mathematical function plotter developed for Linux systems as part of the KDE project. It allows users to plot multiple functions simultaneously and examine their graphical representations on a Cartesian coordinate system. The application supports various types of functions, including parametric equations, polar coordinates, and differential functions, rendering them in real time as parameters are adjusted.

Beyond simple visualization, the software includes analytical tools for students and educators to calculate numerical values, find maximum and minimum points, locate roots, and determine the integral of a function over a specific interval. Users can also customize plot colors, grid lines, and axis scales, as well as export the resulting graphs to standard image formats for inclusion in documents or presentations.
