Real-time statistical spreadsheet

jamovi presents statistics as a spreadsheet with an analysis panel beside it. Data sits in a grid where every column is a variable with a declared measure type, analyses are picked from a ribbon of menus, and their output appears in the panel on the right. Change a value in the data or an option in an analysis and the affected results recompute in place, so there is no separate run step and no output file drifting out of date.
Underneath, the analyses are R functions. A syntax mode reveals the R code behind each result, which makes the program a way into R rather than only a substitute for it, and the Rj module allows arbitrary R code to be run inside the same document.
The default installation covers descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, regression, contingency tables and factor analysis; a module library installs further analyses on top of that. Files are saved in an .omv format that holds the data, the analyses and their results together, and the program imports plain CSV as well as files produced by other statistical packages.
