AndBible is a Bible study application for Android. Beyond reading the biblical text, it brings together the material normally spread across several books: commentaries alongside the passage being read, bookmarks for returning to specific verses, and notes for recording observations while studying. AI-assisted tools are also part of the feature set.
The workflow is built around a passage rather than around a file. A reader opens a chapter, consults the commentary attached to it, marks the verses worth revisiting, and writes notes tied to that place in the text, so the annotations accumulate against the reference rather than in a separate document.
Development is carried out by the And Bible Open Source Project and the code is released under GPL-3.0-or-later. The application is packaged for Android only, which means study material collected in it lives on the phone or tablet; there is no desktop edition in this listing.
