Kotatogram

Kotatogram is an alternative client for the Telegram messaging service, built on top of the official desktop source code with a focus on experimental features and interface adjustments. It provides access to standard Telegram functionalities such as end-to-end encrypted chats, channel management, file sharing, and cloud synchronization, while introducing modifications to how chats and notifications are displayed.
