このアプリケーションについて
Icon Library, from Bilal Elmoussaoui, is a Linux desktop program for finding symbolic icons to use in an application's own interface. Symbolic icons are simplified single-colour glyphs that take their colour from the surrounding theme instead of carrying a fixed palette, which is what makes them suited to toolbars, buttons and menu entries that must work on both light and dark backgrounds.
The program acts as a catalogue rather than a drawing tool: the collection is presented for browsing and lookup by name, and an entry can be inspected before it is put to use in a project. It does not create or edit artwork, so it complements a vector editor rather than replacing one.
It is offered for Linux only, and the source is under GPL-3.0-or-later.
