CloudOTP

CloudOTP is a two-factor authentication client developed for Linux environments. It generates time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) to facilitate secondary verification for various online services. The application stores authentication tokens locally, allowing users to retrieve codes even when offline. It provides a centralized interface to view and manage multiple authentication entries, each represented by a unique secret key or QR code input.

The application functions by calculating codes based on the current system time and the shared secret provided during the initial setup of each account. It is designed to be a standalone client, meaning it does not automatically sync data across different devices or platforms. Users must manually manage the import and export of their token configurations to ensure they retain access to their accounts if the local data is lost or if they migrate to a different machine.
