外部ストレージメディアに対応した Android 向けのプライベートストレージユーティリティ

Aer is a fork of Anemo that provides a private storage area on Android and extends it to external storage media. Files placed in this area are kept apart from the shared file space that other applications can read, so material stored there is not exposed to the general media scan and to arbitrary apps on the device. The utility handles the tasks needed around such an area: adding files, arranging them into folders, and retrieving them again when required.
The addition over the upstream project is support for storage outside the device's built-in memory, so a removable card or attached medium can hold the stored material instead of internal storage alone. This matters where internal space is limited or where the user wants the files to travel with the medium.
Aer is distributed for Android under the GPL-3.0-only licence. As a fork, it tracks a separate development line from Anemo, and behaviour may diverge from the original.
